Can I train in hybrid or volume lashes if I haven’t completed the classic lash course first?

If you are a Beginner Lash tech with no experience, we require you to attend our Classic Lash Training as Classic eyelash extensions teach you the fundamentals and basics of lashing. This will play a major role with lash application in all other eyelash extension styles.

How many students are in one in person class?

To ensure you receive individualised attention, we allow four students max per class. To ensure the teachings are tailored to you.

Do you offer one on one training?

Do you offer online training?

We sure do! We have training manuals available via our website, offering a wide range of styles and services. Self-paced and tailored to your learning style as well as easy communication with our instructors for any questions.

Can I attend the Volume or hybrid training if I was previously trained by another company in Classic lashes?

Yes, we welcome all students to attend our trainings.

Can I move my training class after I have paid and booked in?

Yes, if there is an opening another day, we can transfer you over to better accommodate.

What if I forget to attend?

By missing your training class you will forfeit your position in the class and you will lose your deposit or full payment.

What is our refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, however we do offer credits if you were unable to attend the class

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! You will receive a certificate signed off by your instructor by Brow and Lash Co.

Can I start my own business after I finish the course?

Once you feel comfortable and confident to treat your clients.
