Notice to cancel
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. Failing to provide 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit. This includes no shows and last minute cancelations.
- Deposits are required for all appointments including appointments made over the phone or in salon.
Change in skin care
- Please remember to advise your therapist if you have recently changed your skin care. Rentinols must have not been used for the week prior to your brow treatments, regardless of where the serums are applied to your face.
- Retinol products can thin the facial skin making your skin susceptible to brow tearing or burning during treatment, as well as adverse reactions to the brow lamination treatments.
Time between treatments
- A minimum of 6 weeks is required between brow lamination treatments.
- A minimum of 8 weeks is required between lash lift treatments.
